75 Memorizers Participate in the Quran Competition in Kyrgyzstan
75 Memorizers from different centers and Quran schools have participated in the competition held by the Holy Quran Memorization International Organization, HQMI, in collaboration with the Kyrgyzstan Muslims Religious Administration and Ihsan Charitable Foundation in the capital city Bishkek. The competition consists of four categories: memorizing the entire Quran along with Al-Juzaryah, memorizing the entire Quran along with Quran meanings, twenty Juz’ and ten Juz’ and it was supervised by a jury of 6 members. Moreover, an honoring ceremony was held for this occasion attended by the deputy chairman of Kyrgyz parliament Turabi Zaikeruf, the ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Kyrgyztan Mr. Abdul-Mihsen Alfiheed, the manager of Ihsan Charitable Foundation Sheikh Musa Mirza, the representative of HQMI Sheikh Ali Alumari, a number of responsible figures and those who care of Quran and its sciences, jury, teachers, students and their parents as well as a gathering of citizens. The ceremony was started with a recitation of the Holy Quran. After that, some speeches were delivered in which speakers lauded the great effort by HQMI in serving the Holy Quran and its memorizers in major of world countries as well as pointed out to the big role played by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in serving Islam and Muslims and in spreading and teaching Holy Quran for all Muslims children. Also, they thanked Dr. Abdullah Basfar for his continuous effort exerted for spreading Quran and paying attention to its memorizers all over the world. At the end, prizes and awards were distributed amongst the winners.
