Under the Sponsorship of Jeddah Governor, the International Organization Holds the 7th Holy Quran Memorization Schools Competition
In collaboration with the Ministry of Education in Jeddah city, the Holy Quran Memorization International Organization, HQMI, holds an honoring ceremony for the winners of the Holy Quran memorization schools competition on 12/7/1437 H in the sponsorship of Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdul-Aziz the governor of Jeddah and attended by the general-secretary of HQMI Dr. Abdullah Basfir and the general administration manager of Islamic Awareness Mr. Nabeel Albudair in which its participations are from elementary, intermediate and high school students. Moreover, the general-secretary lauded the great effort exerted by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, the Crown Prince Muhammad bin Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz in serving the Holy Quran. Also, he thanked the governor of Mecca province Prince Khalid Al-Faisal for his continuous support of Quran memorization schools competitions pointing out to the collaboration between the international organization and the ministry of education showing their interest of holding this competition annually and assuring that Holy Quran memorization schools, established in 1367 H, are considered as an honor for the country of the Holy Quran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Then, he pointed out to the goal of the competition as to improve memorizers skills and memorization of the Holy Quran as well as to highlight the great role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia In serving Quran and its memorizers.
