75 Memorizers Participate in the Quran Competition in Kyrgyzstan
75 memorizers from different centers and schools have participated in the Quran Competition which the Holy Quran Memorization International Organization (HQMI) held in collaboration with Religious Administration of Kyrgyzstan Muslims and Ihsan Charitable Foundation in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, in which it consists of four categories which are: memorizing the entire Quran along with Al-Juzariyya, memorizing the entire Quran along with the interpretation, memorizing twenty Juz’ and memorizing ten juz’. A jury of 6 members was responsible of supervising the competition. Moreover, an honoring ceremony was held for this occasion attended by the Vice-President of the Kyrgyz Parliament Torabai Zakirov, Deputy Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Kyrgyzstan Mr. Abdulmihsen Alfuhaid, Ihsan Charitable Foundation Director Sheikh Musa Mirza, the representative of HQMI Sheikh Ali Alumari and a number of officials and those who are interested in Quran and its sciences as well as the jury, teachers, students and their parents and a gathering of citizens. The ceremony has started with a recitation of the Holy Quran followed by delivered speeches in which the speakers lauded the great effort of HQMI in serving the Holy Quran and its memorizers in a lot of world countries as well as they pointed out to the great effort exerted by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz in serving Islam and Muslims in terms of publishing and teaching the Holy Quran to children of Islamic Nation. Also, they have thanked Dr. Abdullah Basfar in particular for his continuous effort aiming to spread, publish and care of the Holy Quran and its memorizers all over the world. At the end of the ceremony, prizes and rewards were distributed amongst the winners of the students.
