137 memorizers participate in the Quran Competition that Musab bin Umair Institute organized in collaboration with HQMI in Mozambique
Musab bin Umair Institute, in collaboration with Islamic Council in Mozambique and HQMI, organized the Quran Competition in which 137 memorizers have participated. The competition consists of four categories: memorizing the entire Quran, 15 Juz’, 8 Juz’ and one Juz’. A jury consists of four members was formed for this competition. At the end of this competition activities, an honoring ceremony was held for the competitors in the institute attended by the chairman of Islamic Council in Mozambique Sheikh Ameen Al Deen Muhammad, Committee director of Africa Muslims Sheikh Ahmed Ibrahim and a number of those who are interested in Quran matters as well as the students and their parents. The ceremony started with reciting some verses of the Holy Quran followed by some delivered speeches in which speakers expressed their happiness attending this honorable occasion as well as congratulated the winner students in the competition encouraging them to keep the Holy Quran ethics and morals as well as continue memorizing and mastering the Holy Quran. They, also, have lauded the great efforts of HQMI in serving the Holy Quran all over the world pointing out to the great effort that the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz exerts for Muslims’ children all over the world. At the end, gifts and prizes were distributed to the winners of the competition.
