In collaboration with the Holy Quran Memorization International Organization (HQMI), Quran memorization academy in America organizes a Quran competition for 150 competitors in Chicago
In collaboration with HQMI, Quran memorization academy in America has organized a Quran competition in Hayah Regency Hotel in Chicago - United States - in which 150 competitors (both males and females). The competition consists of five categories: memorizing the entire Quran, 15 juz', 10 juz', 5 juz', 3 juz'. It was supervised by a jury headed by Sheikh, Ameen Al Ali and other two members. In addition, an honoring ceremony was held for this occasion attended by the general Sheikh of Syria Sheikh Muhammad Kareem, one of the greatest reciting people Sheikh Muhammad Gabriel, the representative of HQMI Sheikh Ahmed Yaslam Batayyah, the jury members, the memorizers and their parents as well as a number of those who are interested in the Holy Quran. Moreover, some speeches were delivered in which speakers expressed the importance of learning the Holy Quran and encouraged the students to keep their efforts in memorizing and having Tajweed of Quran, they lauded the efforts exerted by HQMI as well as lauded the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz in serving Allah's Book, Islam and Muslims all over the world. At the end of the ceremony, prizes were distributed amongst the winners of the memorizers.
